  On a recommendation I switched my home and auto insurance from AllState to Jason's State Farm agency. Immediately there were problems as an old mailing address was used as our home's insured address. We were told it would be fixed and we quit thinking about it. 1.5 years later we decided to refinance our home. Our mortgage broker called and said there was a problem, that our home was not insured. I called Jason's office and spoke with his office assistant. I was told Jason was gone and I could not talk with him for several days, he was at a conference. I explained the problem and she said she'd contact him. I didn't hear back so I called her. She again tried to call Jason to explain the problem. He told her to start a new policy rather than troubleshooting the problems with the current policy. I asked for Jason's mobile # and called him, no answer. This went on for several days, meanwhile our new loan was in jeopardy. Finally I gave up and went to another insurer. Jason kept telling me that we were fine and had been covered for the past 1.5 years but everyone, mortgage broker, new lender, new insurance company, all were telling me we were not insured and had been lucky nothing had happened. So I ended my relationship with State Farm, used a new, cheaper, insurer, and got my refi completed. Now, since I was never covered and had paid for that coverage, I'm trying to recover my 2 years of payments. No luck and I doubt it's worth the $600 to even fight this. I'm annoyed. Not to mention that it took nearly 4 months for State Farm to even send the partial year refund after I had cancelled my policy with them, plus I'm still getting spam snail mail from Jason's office! Tack onto this an auto claim which the State Farm adjuster boosted the estimate (well over independent collision repair estimates we got on our own), which estimate was for State Farm's own collision repair facility, and I will NEVER use State Farm again. Buyer beware, State Farm is not reputable and will take your money from you, and Jason will do nothing to support you as his customer.

  I received poor customer service from Jason Beck and sought out a new local agent recently. I had a car insurance claim that was a bit complicated because it was against a homeowners policy after a neighbors trampoline blew out of their yard with no fence and into my car. I called Jason, he gave me some advice about how I should go about filing a claim and repairing my car but there were additional questions he had so he said he would call the homeowners insurance company and speak with them himself. A few weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called to follow up. He told me he didn't hear from the insurance company and would call the next day. I was a bit confused because he told me he would contact them but was glad to hear he would be calling. Two days later I called to follow up and he said he never had time to call and would call the next day. I let a week or so go by without hearing from him before I called him to follow up and once again he told me he never heard from the insurance company. I explained to him that I believed he was going to call and that I didn't understand why he was waiting to hear from them. He was nice and told me he didn't have time to call that day but would call the next day. Another week or so went by and I still had not heard from Jason so I sent him an email explaining that I was frustrated with the service and wanted to know what I could do to make some progress on my claim. A few weeks went by and he never responded to my email. I decided to change agents and never heard from him again which was pretty disappointing.

  Jason refused to let me transfer to his location even though it was 20 minutes closer to my home. He said he wouldn't steal business from another State Farm associate. I guess employee relationships are more important than the customer here.

  Jason Beck was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. I called & asked him for a quote, and couldn't believe that my home owners insurance premium could be cut IN HALF, as well as saving me almost $500 on my auto insurance! Every time I call the office, I get a live person without having to speak to an automated system. I am very impressed and am recommending Jason to everyone I know!
