  I would not let any of my family members go to this doctor or her NP. My mom suffered severe pain in her side for a month, she went to this office twice, once to see Dr Fonseca, and then her NP, and all they did was give her another prescription and dismiss the idea when she asked for a CT scan twice. I became very worried as my Mom became weaker and weaker and her pain did not go away, and in addition to that she suffered a rash and increased pain in other parts of her body due to the side effects from the prescriptions. I took her to the ER at Timpanogos Hospital, and within a half hour we knew that she had a broken rib, thanks to a CT scan, with no reason for the break. Blood work also showed her blood count was decreasing. She was admitted and had a bone marrow biopsy, which ended up showing that she has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a very aggressive leukemia. I am hoping my Mom's experience can either open the doctor's and NP's eyes to being more attentive and open to what their patient is feeling and asking for, or just warn others to stay away. And please stop putting band-aids (AKA prescription drugs) on everything. All she wanted was to know what was going on with her body. We would have had that much more time to help my Mom get ahead of this awful cancer.
