- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son started complaining of an ear infection on our way to drop him off at the sitter's for my birthday dinner date. We called and got an appointment right way and didn't get a chance to go home and change, so we were overly dressed for an after hours clinic. The front desk staff noticed how we were dressed and my birthday because of the insurance, and made sure to wish me a happy birthday. Then when we were in the room waiting for the doctor (which didn't take long at all!) they handed me a birthday card. It said how sorry they were that i had to spend my birthday in the clinic and had a $20 gift card to the movies in hopes that I could have a birthday date another day. I was almost in tears! It made me feel so special and nice and I was so grateful! On top of that, the doctor was efficient and polite and gave us what we needed in a relatively short amount of time. We couldn't be happier with UVP in general but the Timpanogoos office really went above and beyond!June 04, 2017by Jessie Smith
